**Estimates may include the time taken to research, source, and time taken for material acquisition.**

 

-Please understand that the initial estimate is just that, an estimate. We can unfortunately get into some more surprise work and if/when we do, and IF that extra work is going to stop us from continuing our original outlined work, we will stop work immediately to discuss and come to an agreement on an updated quote regarding the additional work.

 

NOTE: As required by the Pennsylvania Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act the total final cost of the services performed will not exceed 10% above the initial cost estimate unless otherwise approved by the homeowner.

Should it become necessary or proper during the term of this project to make any change in design or any alterations that will increase expense, the project will be stopped and you, the client, will be notified immediately

- If we have more time into the project than originally anticipated and/or due to other underlying conditions out of our control, you will be charged accordingly for the extra time on the final bill. (Very rare that this happens, typically on remodel projects for extra; unforeseen work)

 

- If there is a pause in work for any period of time, and there has been damage to the property or materials not caused by Twin-Tiers Construction, LLC or any hired help, you are responsible for any repairs to the property or replacement of material.

Twin-Tiers Construction, LLC can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by Twin-Tiers Construction, LLC. No liability shall be accepted for defects in existing installations or with respect to parts not manufactured by Twin-Tiers Construction, LLC. Twin-Tiers Construction, LLC can not be held responsible for any loss or damage to property, materials, or personal injuries to individuals caused by the personal actions of the customer or other household members or guests before, during, or after such works have been completed.
